DETAILS: You don’t need a large farm to live a self-sufficient lifestyle! Join us for a day of learning sustainability practices that you can use no matter how much land you have! This event will feature classes on food preservation, growing fruits & vegetables, and animal sciences. Attendees will move freely between sessions at 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM among the three tracks. Topics included but not limited to bread making, cheese making, hydroponic lettuce, small space gardening, composting, beekeeping, meat rabbits, raising chickens, profitability at the farmers market, and more. $10 fee (lunch provided).
