We're lacing up our sneakers and getting ready for this year's Runnin' For Rescues 5K/10K that will take place on Saturday, Nov. 22.
The event is hosted by the Boaz Parks and Recreation, but it's all about supporting Second Chance Shelter - a non-profit, no-kill dog shelter.
